of Soaring since 1959. We consider ourselves to be very honest and we

Why Sensa Pens,
Pencils and Refills at an airport? The Cloud soft Plasmium grip of the Sensa line are perfect for
our Pilot shop. Pilots love the feel of the Sensa. We have found most stores do
not want to be bothered with carrying all the pens and refills. Since we are so customer oriented, Sensa is pleased to
recommend us for your needs. We are proud that you're our customer.
What is your
email and/or address policy? Sky
Sailing is very proud to serve you. We do not give, sell, loan or let out
any of your personal information. Normally we do not phone you, unless we have a
problem with your order. We do send a couple of post cards each year (they
advise you of new products or promotions). If you wish to be removed from our
mailing list, please let us know! In the future we hope to send some e-mails,
when appropriate. We appreciate your business and will do our best to protect
your privacy.
Is it safe to
order online? We have tried to
make Ordering On-line as safe as possible. We use two Secure Sites. We
shred any copies that are made. Ordering here is most likely a lot safer than
using your credit card in a restaurant. But always check your credit card
receipts for errors. Be sure you only deal with reputable companies. If you are
nervous about ordering online, please call us on our toll free line:
800-988-4181, between 9am and 5pm (west coast time). When I shop on
line I use only ONE credit Card, "Click Citi (CitiBank)" which
is designed specifically for web use, I am sure there are others! I do not have to worry about fraudulent
use. I always keep a copy of the email confirmation in a separate email file,
and check it when the credit card details come in. Bret

We take Pride in the Service we offer to you and will try very hard to meet your expectations. If your order is not what you expected or you want to exchange it, please call us! If we can improve our service in any way, please let us know. We are small enough to listen and change! But only with your help!
Exchange/Return Policy: Exchange/Returns are permitted within 30 days of purchase. Items must have all the original packaging/items undamaged, refills unopened. All exchanges/returns must be like NEW (i.e. resalable)! Purchaser must pay shipping costs. Repairs or defective items should be sent directly to Sanford. see warranty
